Shipping and Customs Policy

Sacred Skin Botanicals ships to New Zealand, Australia, and internationally. We take care with every order to ensure it is packaged safely and dispatched promptly.

New Zealand and Australia Shipping

Orders to New Zealand and Australia are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment being received and confirmed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders — Shipping Outside New Zealand and Australia

Sacred Skin Botanicals welcomes international customers. Please note that for orders outside New Zealand and Australia, shipping costs are not calculated at checkout.

Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will calculate your freight cost based on your location and the total weight of your order. We will always seek the most competitive available rate on your behalf. A separate freight invoice will then be sent to you by email. Your order will not be dispatched until the freight invoice has been paid in full.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that a separate freight invoice will follow as a condition of purchase. If you have questions about international shipping costs before ordering, please contact us at maria.autridge@gmail.com and we will provide an estimate.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes on International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or freight invoice. Sacred Skin Botanicals has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or timing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are concerned about potential import charges. Sacred Skin Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier service used. New Zealand orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch. Australian orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch. International delivery timeframes will be provided with your freight invoice.

Sacred Skin Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking details are provided for all New Zealand and Australian orders once dispatched. For international orders, tracking information will be included with your freight invoice confirmation.
