At Sacred Skin Botanicals, every product is formulated, preserved, and packaged to the highest standard before it leaves our hands. We take great care with every order and stand behind the quality of what we make.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of natural cosmetic products, Sacred Skin Botanicals does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our premises, we cannot guarantee its integrity if returned — opened or used skincare products are vulnerable to oxidation, contamination, and bacterial exposure. For this reason, we ask that you read all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities
Sacred Skin Botanicals provides full INCI-compliant ingredient lists on all product pages and labels, including allergen disclosure. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice. Please contact us at maria.autridge@gmail.com to let us know. We take all adverse reaction reports seriously and will respond promptly.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product, particularly if you have known sensitivities or reactive skin.
